Open the Google Play Store, search for BhuMeet, and tap Install. Once installed, tap Open to launch the app.

Q2. What are the system requirements?

  • Android 5.0 or later
  • At least 150 MB free storage
  • A stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)

Q3. How do I log in to BhuMeet?

Enter your mobile number on the login screen, agree to the terms, and tap Verify. Enter the OTP received by SMS. Once verified, you will be redirected to the Home screen.

Q4. What if I don’t receive an OTP?

  • Ensure your mobile number is active on the same device.
  • Wait for the countdown to finish and tap Resend OTP.
  • If the issue persists, check your mobile network or contact support.

Q5. How do I change my app language?

Go to Settings → Language Settings, select your preferred language, and tap Save. The app supports English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu.

Q6. How do I enable notifications?

During onboarding, allow notifications when prompted.
To enable later: Settings → Apps → BhuMeet → Notifications → On.

Q7. What happens if I disable location access?

Without location access, BhuMeet cannot:

  • Show nearby service providers
  • Fetch weather updates for your farm
    You will need to manually enter your farm location.

Q8. How do I set or change my location?

From the Home screen, tap the Location section. You can:

  • Use Current Location (GPS)
  • Search for a new location
  • Add and save addresses for future use

Q9. Can I save multiple addresses?

Yes. You can save multiple farm or home addresses. Go to Select Location → Add Address+, confirm, and save with a custom name.

Q10. How do I create a spraying order?

  1. Tap Book Now → on the Home screen, or select a provider from Providers.
  2. Enter address, spraying requirement (Acres or Tanks), date, agrochemical, and crop.
  3. Review charges and tap Book Order.

Q11. Can I edit or cancel an order?

Yes. From the Order Details screen you can:

  • Tap Edit to change details and update the order.
  • Tap Cancel to cancel with a reason.

⚠️ Note: You can only edit or cancel before the provider accepts or processes the order.

Q12. How do I track my order status?

Go to Orders from the bottom menu. Each order shows its status:
Placed → Accepted → In Progress → Completed → Paid → Cancelled

Q13. How do I search or filter my orders?

  • Tap the Search icon and type crop name, provider name, or location.
  • Tap the Filter icon to filter by date or status (e.g., Placed, Completed).

Q14. How do I use BhuMeet Mitra A.I.?

You can access the A.I. from:

  • Home screen → Ask Now
  • More menu (⋯) → Bhu A.I.
  • Bottom A.I. tab

You can type, speak, or upload an image to ask questions.
