8. Settings
The Settings section in the BhuMeet Mobile Application allows users to manage their personal profile, language preferences, account options, application details, and access legal information.
You can access the Settings screen by:
- Tapping the three-dot (More) menu on the bottom navigation bar.
- Selecting Settings.

8.1 Profile
The Profile option allows you to view and update your personal details.
- Tap Profile from the Settings menu.
- The screen displays your Name, Occupation, and Phone Number.
- To edit your details, tap Edit.
- The screen switches to edit mode.
- Update your Name, Occupation, or Phone Number as required.
- Tap Update to save changes.
- System Feedback: A confirmation message appears – “Profile Updated – Your profile successfully updated!”
8.1.1 Logout My Account
You can log out of your account from the Profile screen.
Steps:
- Tap Logout My Account.
- A confirmation dialog appears – “Are you sure you want to log out of your account?”
- Select Logout to confirm, or Cancel to remain logged in.
On logout, you are redirected to the login screen.
8.1.2 Delete My Account
You can permanently delete your account from the Profile screen.
Steps:
- Tap Delete Account.
- A confirmation dialog appears – “Deleting your account will remove all of your information from our database. This cannot be undone!”
- Select Delete to proceed, or Cancel to abort.
On confirmation, your account is permanently deleted.

8.2 Language Settings
The Language Settings option allows you to change the application interface language.
- Tap Language Settings in the Settings menu.
- A list of available languages appears.
- Options include: English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu.
- Select your preferred language by tapping the radio button.
- Tap Next to confirm.
- System Feedback: The application interface reloads in the selected language and returns to the Home screen.

8.3 About
The About section displays application information.
- Tap About in the Settings menu.
- A dialog appears showing:
- App Name: BhuMeet
- Version
- Build Number
- Release Date
- Copyright Owner
8.4 Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy option redirects you to the official BhuMeet Privacy Policy webpage.
- Tap Privacy Policy in the Settings menu.
- The in-app browser opens the Privacy Policy page.
8.5 Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions option provides access to BhuMeet’s official service terms.
- Tap Terms and Conditions in the Settings menu.
- The in-app browser opens the Terms and Conditions page.
