10. My Teams
Step into the command center for your aerial workforce with the “My Teams” section in BhuMeet. This integral feature provides a panoramic view of your drone admin and manager roster, allowing you to manage and optimize your team for peak efficiency strategically. Explore the flexibility to add new admin and manager seamlessly, ensuring that your team aligns with the dynamic demands of your drone service operations. With a user-friendly interface, you can effortlessly edit existing details, adapting your team structure to evolving business needs. As you navigate through “My Teams,” witness a comprehensive overview of your operational capacity, empowering you to make informed decisions for a well-rounded and capable drone manager and operator workforce.
BhuMeet web applications allow the team to regulate the work more efficiently by managing the workload.
The “My Teams” feature within the BhuMeet Web Application serves as a dynamic tool to enhance the efficiency of your drone service operations. This comprehensive functionality enables you to regulate workload, view team members or managers and operators, and perform various actions for seamless team management.
The following webpage displays the “My Teams” widget highlighted in blue.
| Note: The DSP service provider is automatically set as the first manager in the BhuMeet web application. Thus, even if a user hasn’t added an admin to “Teams,” the Teams widget will display the default presence of one admin. |
10.1 Access My Teams
You can access the “My Teams” section in BhuMeet through two convenient methods:
Accessing My Teams via Dashboard Widget
- Navigate to the Dashboard:
- From the BhuMeet home screen, locate the dashboard where different widgets are displayed.

- Click the “My Teams” Widget:
- Find the “My Teams” widget, typically highlighted in blue.
- Click on the widget to directly open the “My Teams” page.
Accessing My Teams via Menu
- Open the Side Menu:
- On the left side of the BhuMeet interface, locate the vertical menu bar.

- Select “My Teams” from the Menu:
- Scroll through the menu options and click on “My Teams.”
- This will take you directly to the “My Teams” page.
Both methods will lead you to the “My Teams” page, where you can manage your drone service team with ease.
10.2 View and Monitor Teams
Gain insights into your team structure by effortlessly viewing all team members registered with BhuMeet. This centralized dashboard offers a quick overview of your workforce. The following web page shows the centralized dashboard of “My Teams”
On this screen, the DSP user will view all registered operators along with their basic information.
10.3 Add Member
Expand your team and enhance operational capacity by easily adding a new Manager. The intuitive interface ensures a smooth onboarding process for new team members.
Step 1– When the user clicks on the “+Add New” button on the “My Teams” page of BhuMeet to add a new manager, it will display the “Add member” dialog for the user. As shown in the following
Step 2 – In the “Add member” dialog, the user provides details including:
- Name: Enter the operator’s name.
- Address: Enter the operator’s address.
- Mobile No: Enter the operator’s mobile number.
- E-mail: Enter a valid email for the operator. The default password for login will be sent to this email.
- Admin Role: Use the Activate and Deactivate toggle button to switch between the location manager and admin role to the operator. If activated, the operator becomes an admin. By Default it will be the location manager.
- Status: Use the toggle button to activate or deactivate the operator. If activated, the operator is an active team member; if deactivated, the operator becomes an inactive team member.
- Select Location: Choose a location for the operator to work and manage workflow.
Step 3 – After entering all the required details of the operator, the “Add” button becomes enabled. Clicking on the “Add” button will successfully add the operator to “My Teams.” This will show a confirmation message saying “Team member added successfully”.
10.4 Edit Member
Tailor your team details as needed by editing existing member information. Whether it’s updating personal details or modifying operational preferences, BhuMeet provides flexibility in managing your team effectively.
Step 1 – Navigate to the “My Teams” page and click on the available at the end of the member details line under the activity column. This action will reveal the “Edit” and “Delete” options to the user, as shown in the figure below.
Step 2 – Click on the “Edit” button; this will display the “Update Member” screen filled with existing details for editing. The screen will include an “Update” button, as shown below.
On the “Update Member” dialog for edit updates, the manager can make necessary changes to the values and click on the “Update” button. This action will update the member details and display a message stating “Team member updated successfully” along with a “Continue” button to proceed.
10.5 Delete Member:
Streamline your team roster by removing team members who are no longer part of your workforce. The delete option ensures a clean and organized team structure, optimizing your team management.
Step 1 – Navigate to the “Teams” page and click on the available at the end of the operator details line under the activity column. This action will reveal the “Edit” and “Delete” options to the user, as shown in the figure below.
Step 2 – Click on the “Delete” button; this will prompt a warning cum confirmation dialog asking, “Are you sure you want to delete this member from your team?” with options “Delete” and “Cancel“.
Upon selecting “Delete,” the currently selected operator will be deleted, followed by a message stating “Team member successfully deleted” and a “Continue” button to proceed.
In essence, the “My Teams” feature equips you with the tools needed to oversee, expand, and fine-tune your team for optimal performance. Whether you’re scaling up your workforce or making adjustments to existing members, BhuMeet provides a user-friendly platform to manage your team efficiently.
