14. Profile

The Profile section in the BhuMeet Web Application serves as the central location for managing user account information, financial records, and platform subscription details. Drone Service Providers (DSPs) can use this section to maintain their personal and company information, access billing records, and manage their BhuMeet subscription plan.

The Profile module provides the following capabilities:

  • View and update personal account information
  • Manage company details associated with the DSP account
  • Update account security settings such as password
  •  Access invoices generated through the platform
  •  Review debit notes issued against invoices
  • Monitor and manage the active BhuMeet subscription plan

This section helps ensure that account information and financial records remain accurate and easily accessible.

Accessing the Profile Section

To open the Profile section:

  1. Log in to the BhuMeet Web Application using valid DSP credentials.
  2. Navigate to the top-right corner of the dashboard.
  3. Click the drop-down arrow next to your username.
  4. Select Profile from the drop-down menu.

After selecting Profile, the Profile interface opens.

The left-side navigation panel displays the available Profile modules, while the right panel shows the details of the selected module.

Profile Modules

The Profile section contains the following modules:

  • My Profile – View and manage personal information, contact details, company details, and account security settings.
  • My Invoices – View and download invoices generated for services, leads, or subscription plans.
  • Debit Notes – Access debit notes issued for financial adjustments linked to invoices.
  • My Subscriptions – View the active BhuMeet subscription plan and monitor subscription usage.

Selecting a module from the navigation panel displays the corresponding information on the right side of the screen.

The modular layout allows users to switch between account information, financial records, and subscription details without leaving the Profile section.

14.1. My Profile

The My Profile module allows Drone Service Providers (DSPs) to manage their personal account information, company details, verification information, and security settings.

This section provides controls to update contact details, upload identity documents, modify company information, manage account security, and configure operational settings used during order execution.

The page displays profile information in multiple information panels.

14.1.1 Profile Information

The Profile Information panel displays the user’s basic account identity.

Displayed details include:

  • Profile image
  • User name
  • User role

Users can update their name by clicking Edit.

Updating the Name

  1. Click Edit in the profile card.
  2. The Edit Name dialog appears.
  3. Enter the First Name.
  4. Enter the Last Name.
  5. Click Update.

After successful submission, the system confirms the update.

14.1.2 Contact Details

The Contact Details section stores the verified communication details associated with the DSP account.

Displayed information includes:

  • Mobile number
  • GSTIN
  • Email address

Verified details display a verification indicator.

Updating the Mobile Number

  1. Click Edit next to the mobile number.
  2. The Edit Number dialog opens.

  1. Enter the mobile number.
  2. Click Continue.
  3. Complete OTP verification when prompted.

The updated mobile number becomes the primary contact number for the account.

Adding GSTIN

Users can optionally add their GST Identification Number (GSTIN) for billing and taxation purposes.

  1. Click Add next to GSTIN.
  2. The Add GSTIN dialog appears.

  1. Enter the GSTIN.
  2. Click Add.

The GSTIN will be associated with future invoices generated by the platform.

14.1.3 Documents

The Documents section stores identity documents uploaded for account verification.

Displayed document:

  • Identity document (example: Aadhaar)

This document is used for verification and compliance purposes within the BhuMeet platform.

14.1.4 Security Settings

The Security section allows users to update their account password.

Click Change Password to update the login credentials.

Changing the Password

  1. Click Change Password.
  2. Enter the Current Password.
  3. Enter the New Password.
  4. Re-enter the new password in Confirm Password.
  5. Click Update.

The system updates the password after successful validation.

14.1.5 Company Information

The Company Information panel displays details of the DSP organization.

Displayed details include:

  • Company name
  •  DSP ID

Users can update the company name if required.

  2. Enter the updated company name.
  3. Click Update.
14.1.6 Address Information

The Address Information section stores the operational address associated with the DSP.

Displayed fields include:

  • Country
  • State
  • City
  • Address

To update the address:

  1. Click Edit next to the address.

  4. Enter the Address.
  5. Click Update.

After successful submission, the system confirms the update.

14.1.7 DSP QR Code

The system generates a DSP QR Code associated with the service provider account.

This QR code can be downloaded and used for identification or operational purposes.

Users can click Download DSP QR Code to save the QR image.

14.1.8 OTP for Request Completion

The OTP for Request Completion setting enables an additional verification step during order completion.

When this option is enabled:

  • The system sends an OTP to the customer after the service is completed.
  • The pilot must enter the OTP to mark the order as completed.

This mechanism ensures that service completion is confirmed by the customer.

Users can toggle this option using the switch control.

14.2 My Invoices

The My Invoices module allows Drone Service Providers (DSPs) to view the billing records generated through the BhuMeet platform. This section provides access to invoices issued for services, leads, and subscription plans.

The module helps users review payment history, monitor invoice status, and track billing activity associated with their account.

The page displays invoice records in a tabular format with filtering and categorization options.

14.2.1 Invoice Categories

Invoices are organized into three categories to help users quickly locate specific billing records.

The available categories include:

  • Service – Displays invoices generated for completed service orders.
  • Leads – Displays invoices generated for purchased leads.
  • Subscription – Displays invoices generated for BhuMeet subscription plans.

Users can switch between these categories using the tab selector at the top of the invoice list.

Selecting a category refreshes the invoice table to display records related to that billing type.

14.2.2 Invoice Table

The invoice records are displayed in a structured table containing the following columns:

Each row represents an individual invoice issued by the platform.

14.2.3 Invoice Status

The Status column indicates the payment state of the invoice.

Possible values include:

  • Paid – The invoice amount has been successfully paid.
  • Unpaid – The invoice amount is pending payment.

The status helps DSPs quickly identify invoices that require payment.

14.2.4 Filtering Invoices by Date

The My Invoices module provides date filters to narrow down invoice records.

Available filters include:

  • From Date
  • To Date

To filter invoices:

  1. Select the From Date using the date picker.
  2. Select the To Date.
  3. The system updates the invoice list to display records within the selected date range.

Date filtering helps users review invoices generated during a specific time period.

14.2.5 Invoice Identification

Each invoice is assigned a unique invoice number for tracking and reference.
These identifiers allow users to reference invoices during payment verification, financial reconciliation, or support requests.

14.3.1 Debit Note Table

14.3.2 Debit Note Status

The status allows DSPs to quickly verify whether the debit adjustment has been processed.

14.3.3 Filtering Debit Notes

The Debit Notes module provides date filters to help users locate debit records generated during a specific time period.

Available filters include:

  • From Date
  • To Date

To filter debit notes:

  1. Select the From Date using the date picker.
  2. Select the To Date.
  3. The system updates the list to display debit notes within the selected date range.
14.3.4 Debit Note Identification

Each debit note is assigned a unique identifier to support financial tracking and reconciliation.
These identifiers help users reference debit notes during financial reviews, account reconciliation, or support inquiries.

14.3.5 Pagination

If multiple debit notes exist, the system organizes them into multiple pages.
Pagination controls are displayed at the bottom of the table, allowing users to navigate between pages of debit note records.
Users can click a page number to view additional debit note entries.

14.4 My Subscriptions

The My Subscriptions module allows Drone Service Providers (DSPs) to view and manage their BhuMeet platform subscription.

This section displays the currently active subscription plan, subscription validity period, and usage statistics related to leads. It also allows users to upgrade their subscription plan.

14.4.1 Active Subscription

The Active Subscription panel displays the details of the plan currently assigned to the DSP account.

The panel includes the following information:

This information allows users to verify the validity period of their current subscription.

14.4.2 Lead Usage Summary

The subscription dashboard also displays usage metrics related to leads.

The following indicators are displayed:

These indicators help DSPs monitor lead usage within their subscription limits.

14.4.3 Upgrading a Subscription Plan

Users can upgrade their existing subscription using the Upgrade Plan button.

To upgrade a subscription:

  1. Navigate to Profile → My Subscriptions.
  2. Click Upgrade Plan.
  3. The system opens the subscription plan selection page.

14.4.4 Subscription Plans

The upgrade page displays the available subscription plans offered by the BhuMeet platform.

Plans may include:

  • Individual Plan
  • Standard Plan
  • Standard Plus Plan
  • Pro Plan
  • Enterprise Plan

14.4.5 Billing Options

The subscription interface allows users to toggle the billing cycle.

Available options:

  • Yearly
  • Monthly

Selecting a billing option updates the displayed plan pricing accordingly.

14.4.6 Selecting a Plan

To purchase or upgrade to a plan:

  1. Review the available plans.
  2. Click Get This Plan on the desired plan card.
  3. The system proceeds with the subscription purchase process.
